| Summary of the actions taken by the Coalition in order to access 714X thru the Special Access Program of Health. June 9, 2008 : Accessibility for 714X approved by the Federal Court Mtre Michel Bélanger (plaintiff's attorney) sends a letter to Canadian doctors who have prescribed 714X in the past, to confirm that 714X is available through the Special Access Program (S.A.P.) on compassionate and humanitarian grounds, as was recognized by the Court. July 28, 2006: Judgment, Federal Court Judgment granted, without costs, for the sole reason that the January 23, 2004 decision rendered by Dr. Gillespie is invalid. April 27, 2005: Plaintiff's reply Mtre Michel Bélanger (plaintiff's attorney) submits to the Court as plaintiff's response to the defendants' representations of April 22, 2005.
