June 9, 2008 : Accessibility for 714X approved by the Federal Court Mtre Michel Bélanger (plaintiff's attorney) sends a letter to Canadian doctors who have prescribed 714X in the past, to confirm that 714X is available through the Special Access Program (S.A.P.) on compassionate and humanitarian grounds, as was recognized by the Court. July 28, 2006: Judgment, Federal Court Judgment granted, without costs, for the sole reason that the January 23, 2004 decision rendered by Dr. Gillespie is invalid.
